rogeriolino Entendi, estou testando o Triagem-touch-2.0.0 appimage, só que não consegui auto print no Debian 9, fica abrindo caixa de diálogo da impressora, será que só web no firefox com aquelas alterações "about:config"?

@rogeriolino, Obrigado pelo retorno, havia conseguido instalar sem o update,
iniciei a instalação, após apresentar o erro executei o comando , php composer.phar require symfony/flex e ele instalou toda as dependencias depois segui os passos seguintes e rodou legal.

Estou estudando melhor a nova versão, ficou bacana.

Sobre a triagem touch? esta em construção? precisa de algum apoio?

Ficou faltando mesmo. Como é uma funcionalidade nova, será lançada na versão 2.1.0

Novos bugs/problemas que forem encontrando é só reportar.

juanzapatac Hola Rogerio, I updated today to 2.0.3 and changed PHP to version 7.1.20, still not working triagem.
I set app in prod but no log created, but dev log may have some clue to this issue.

juanzapatac I can't reproduce your trouble. No error is reported in log files, just debug/info/warning messages.

Do you've added services to unity on Settings module?

Boa tarde Rogerio, moito obrigado pela sua resposta.

I have tested today different variations trying to understand why that happens.
Finally I found that .htaccess is "somehow" responsible.

If I delete .htaccess and set .env APP_ENV=dev, everything works just fine accesing with server:run command. With .env APP_ENV=prod it doesn event start novo.

If I use .htaccess as prod or as dev, triagem menu options did not shoy anything.

I have added service to units, actually I create all variables include departments and assign them. In fact, using .env in dev environment works ok.

Permissions for .htaccess and .env are ok.

Hope this info can help to undertand or reproduce this issue.

Comecei a testar o triagem touch, sendo que inicialmente percebi que ele nao esta obdecendo a configuraçao de quando se marca se o serviço possui ou nao prioridade, ele sempre seleciona prioridade e mesmo nao tendo ele gera a senha de prioridade para o serviço.

juanzapatac the built-in server (command server:start) is only for development stage (the same to .env files). In production stage you must to use environment variables (SetEnv or EnvPass in the .htaccess file)

Exactly, but only in production, triagem menu page comes out white, and the only error that I have is:

Uncaught ReferenceError: servicos is not defined
    at script.js:33
    at script.js:325

Hola Rogerio, found the solution

In RC3 I have in my .htaccess this line:

SetEnv DATABASE_URL mysql://novosga:123456@localhost:3306/novosga

and everithing worked ok (I still have RC3 installed)

But v2.x.x needs the correct ddbb reference like this:

SetEnv DATABASE_URL mysql://root:123456@localhost:3306/novosga?charset=utf8mb4&serverVersion=5.7

And now I can see triagem page correctly.
